PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time for transmitting information printed by a bar code to an external equipment and to improve the convenience of an operator by reducing the number of times of transmitting the information. SOLUTION: This cableless bar code reader 1 is provided with a read means 4 of the bar code 2, an information storage means 5 for storing the information read from the plural bar codes 2 in the read means 4, an information management means 9 for judging whether or not the stored information amount of the information storage means 5 becomes a prescribed amount and stopping read by the read means 4 in the case that the stored information amount becomes the prescribed amount, a communication means 7 for transmitting the stored information to the external equipment by the transmission command of the operator and an erasure means 8 for erasing the transmitted stored information of the information storage means 5 after transmission by the communication means 7. |
