FIELD: accelerator equipment. SUBSTANCE: device is designed as four-chamber resonator and has case which inner surface is copper plated. Case contains modulation electrodes, which are connected to its inner surface through copper foil which is welded to electrode on one side and to copper surface of case on another side. Copper foil may be welded to inner surface of case by means of additional member to simplified manufacturing process. EFFECT: increased reliability of contact of electrode to case, prevention of failure caused by local heating. 2 cl, 4 dwg
