FIELD: medicine and food-production industry. SUBSTANCE: hematogen is produced from blood of animals and it regulates oxidation-reduction processes in human organism. Hematogen with vitamin C contains black alimentary albumin, starch molasses, vanilline, whole condensed milk with sugar, granulated sugar. Also included in hematogen additionally is vitamin C. Proportioning of ingredients is as follows, mas.%: vitamin C 0.09-0.12. black alimentary albumin 4.0-5.0, starch molasses 21.0-25.0, vanilline 0.01-0.015, whole condensed milk with sugar 33.-36.0, granulated sugar - the balance.
