PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent facsimile transfer of an electronic mail whose contents a user does not want to receive. SOLUTION: A CPU 1 stores phrases included in a text of an electronic mail whose contents are not desired to be facsimile-transferred to a preset transfer destination in a definite phrase memory table of an HD 4, temporarily stores the electronic mail received through a LAN.I/F 8 in the HD 4 before converting the mail into picture data, and judges whether or not there are phrases which coincide with those words registered in the definite phrase memory table in the text of the electronic mail. When it is judged that there are coincident phrases, facsimile transfer of the electronic mail to client facsimile equipment is canceled. |
