PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system capable of adapting to all receiving terminals having a communication line controlling function even when there is no interchangeability by executing medium conversion corresponding to the time/places of all the terminals having the communication line controlling function by utilizing a schedule management application to be used for normal businessmen and to provide also a medium conversion method in the system. SOLUTION: A transmitting terminal has a medium converting communication control part 101 requesting/receiving schedule information to/from a server, a receiver's information managing part 103 for extracting the address of a receiving terminal and a usable medium from the schedule information received from the server, a medium conversion part 106 for converting the usable medium of the receiving terminal based on the extracted information and an input medium, and a communication setting/converting part 118 for transferring conversion data to a line control part 102. |
