PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic photography developing device capable of surely preventing toner scattering and carrier falling on both end parts of a developing roller, by a highly durable structure and a minimized load when the developing roller is rotated. SOLUTION: This electrostatic photography developing device is allowed to hold the free end 21a of a sheet 21 in contact with both end parts lower side of the intermediate roller 3, and arranged so as to cover a surface of an agitation paddle 8 side of the lower developing roller 4. In such a manner, the developer on the developing roller and the developer scattered from the developing part 20 is dammed here, and prevented from spreading to the both end parts. Then, the device is allowed to leave several mm from the free end 21a of the sheet 21 for making a one side holding margin, to enhance elasticity of the other part by letting a film 22 for enforcement matched therewith from the agitation paddle 8 side, and to reduce the leakage of the developer from the contact part. |
