摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a highly accurate measurement of time width distribution from a short time width to a wide time width with a little memory capacity. SOLUTION: In this measuring device, an analog signal of an object to be measured is converted into a digital signal S' by an A/D converter 21, and time when the digital signal S' is a threshold value X or more is measured by counting a clock signal by a binary counter 23, the counted result of 32 bit of the binary counter 23 is converted into a floating point system data comprising a mantissa portion of 3 bit and an exponent portion of 5 bit by a floating point circuit 30; and an address of a memory 26 is designed bye the floating point system data and a frequency data read out is renewed by one by a frequency renewal circuit 27.
