<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make both of shortening of a tact time and improvement in working precision compatible by shortening the response time of a controlled system to event detection without any increase in cost and controlling the controlled system with the constant response time according to control characteristics of respective events. SOLUTION: In the servo system controller equipped with a servo control part 3, a sequence control part 2, and a dual-port memory, the servo control part 3 is provided with an event detecting means 19 which detects event generation according to input information from the controlled system and an event processing program memory 13 and an event processing program in the event processing program memory 13 is executed by the interruption process of the servo control part 3 with the output signal of the event detecting means 19.</p> |
