PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the transmission of disturbing radio waves by arranging a radio wave absorbing member between a high frequency switch for switching high pass and low pass transmission frequency bands and a buffer amplifier for amplifying a signal from a voltage control oscillator, which are arranged so as to almost face to each other interposing an insulating substrate. SOLUTION: A radio wave absorbing member 5 is made of composite magnetic materials using a silicon rubber as a base, and bonded and arranged on one face of an insulating substrate 2 with adhesive 5a applied to that one face. A high frequency switch element 4 is arranged so as to be butted against the upper face of the radio wave absorbing member 5, and connected via jumper resistors 3 with wiring patterns 2a by terminals 4d projected from a case body 4c. A buffer amplifier 6 is butted to the other face of the insulating substrate 2 and soldered with the wiring patterns by terminals 6d projected from a case body 6c. The radio wave absorbing member 5 absorbs unwanted radiation waves radiated from the buffer amplifier 6, for preventing this from being transferred to the high frequency switch 4.
|
