FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry, vodka production. SUBSTANCE: method involves feeding the parent mixture on filtering member made as porous bellows and having transverse crimps (wall thickness is 6.5 mm) and pores have variable section. Pore diameter from inlet site of the parent mixture is 2-4 mcm and that from outlet site of treated product - 0.7 mcm. Pores are filled with polyaminoepichlorohydrin resin and activated carbon powder (specific surface of the latter is 1000 m /g). EFFECT: improved purity and stability of vodka, improved organoleptic indices, decreased size of equipment used, broadened assortment of high quality vodka. 2 dwg, 1 ex |
