PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the user to accurately grasp various information of all communication enabled radio stations such as which radio station is available of communication at present. SOLUTION: This video transmission system consists of pluralities of camera stations each provided with a radio transmission reception circuit 219 that transmits video data resulting from coding a photographed video signal and status information representing a state of its own station (battery residual capacity, zoom position, and position of a universal head or the like) and of a viewer station 270 that is provided with a radio transmission reception circuit 251 that receives the video data and the status information sent from each camera station 230. Then all communication available camera stations 230 transmit the status information to the viewer station for a prescribed period so as to allow the user of the viewer station 270 receiving this status information to always confirm it which camera stations are available of communication at present and to recognize various states of all the communication available camera stations. |
