SOLUTION: This information communication terminal is provided with a switching means in which a power OFF mode at the mostend position of a movable range, a radio communication mode at an adjacent position to the power OFF mode, and another additional function mode are integrated. In this case, this information communication terminal is energized from the power OFF mode to the adjacent radio communication mode by using an energizing means 127, and a time in the power OFF mode state is compared with a preset reference time, and the mode switching is operated according to the result, according to the switching operation of the switching means.
