FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: window unit is made of polymeric material with heat-conserving arrangement and with triple or double glazing. It can be used in construction of dwelling and industrial buildings. Window unit has window casing, internal three-layer flap, external flap, and glasses with fastening members. External flap is of three-layer type with heat-conserving arrangement and with quarter-member for installing external glass. Middle glass is fastened to external flap. Installed over perimeter between middle glass and internal glass is framed or linear three-layer liner with resilient external parts which adjoin glasses. Members for fastening middle glass and internal glass to external flap and internal flap respectively are made in the form of linear suction strip located over perimeter of glasses. Application of aforesaid embodiment of window unit allows for improving heat-conserving properties together with required sound-proofing. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
