PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry in and out a board to and from a positioning part, by applying gas to a pin hole with pressure and ejecting gas from the pin hole to vertically move a pin, and by vertically moving the board relative to the pin of a supporting part. SOLUTION: Air pressure is applied to the lower part of each pin hole 15 by an air source for holding all pins 16 at a bottom dead center. When a rod 44 of a cylinder 43 can be protruded, a pin unit 12 is brought up and a board 3 is supported from the bottom by the pin 16. In this condition, a transfer head 6 repeatedly reciprocates between a parts feeder 4 and the board 3 and continuously transfers and mounts desired chips 5 provided on the parts feeder 4 to the prescribed coordinate position of the board 3. When the chip is mounted, a rod 44 is pulled in, the pin unit 12 falls down, the pin 16 is separated from the board 3 to release the supporting condition of the board 3, and the board 3 is carried out to the subsequent process. Therefore, the board is easily carried in and out to and from a positioning part. |
