PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer/reception method capable of easily transferring the daily report information of updated data on real estate for sale or rental(RE), the updates RE data desired by a user, the presence/absence information of auxiliary information such as photos and requested accessory information from a server to a client without useless operations. SOLUTION: A server 1 constitutes RE data by basic information and the auxiliary information and manages them. The basic information is constituted of the texts of the position of a RE, editing data and time and the presence/absence of the auxiliary information, etc., and the auxiliary information is constituted of the information of room layout and the photos, etc., other than the text. The server 1 retrieves a RE data base by the set conditions of a data, the time and the position from the client 2 and transfers the basic information of the updated latest RE data as a daily report file. Thus, whether or not the auxiliary information can be requested is displayed in the client and the required auxiliary information is requested to the server. The server retrieves the requested auxiliary information from the RE data base and transmits it and the client displays it. Thus, the auxiliary information is easily requested and received without the useless operations. |
