PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance high efficient power generation capacity while sustaining design harmony to eliminate strange feeling by adding silicon to a photoelectric converting section and providing an insulating coloring film at other parts thereby reducing color difference between the insulating coloring film and the photoelectric converting section. SOLUTION: The solar cell in a solar cell module comprises a photoelectric converting section where an electromotive force induced in a silicon containing layer 3 by a light impinging thereon through a transparent electrode 5 can be taken out through a lower electrode 2 and the transparent electrode 5. Other parts include an insulation layer 4, a first isolation layer 6, a second isolation layer 7, and a wiring electrode 8. These parts do not contribute to power generation and composed of material different from that of the photoelectric converting section. When an insulating coloring film 11 is provided at these parts and the color difference is set lower than a specified value, regulation and harmony of design can be ensured. |
