PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the on-vehicle unit used for the electronic toll reception device which can be produced by a desired maker except non-disclosed parts. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle unit is used for the electronic toll reception device equipped with a road-side controller and a moving-body-side controller capable of communicating with each other and is included in the moving-body- side controller. This on-vehicle unit is equipped with a module 25 which performs an application process for toll reception, the module 25 is constituted as a single body which is independent of an integrated process part other than the module of this on-vehicle unit, stored with non-disclosed data needed for the application process for toll reception all in a ciphered state, and provided with a ciphering process part which analyzes the ciphered data. |
