PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an operation procedure for inputting a sentence to the document of a processed object. SOLUTION: A document processor 1 stores a plurality of documents including a predetermined reference sentence including at least one of a plurality of predetermined reference phrases, a plurality of reference character strings and a plurality of registered phrase information respectively representing the description position in the document. A control part 7 compares an inputted character string with the registered phrase information, and when only one reference character string is coincident with the input character string, a single or plural reference sentences including the reference phrase of the reference character string are selected. Further, the control part 7 compares a part following the reference phrase in the reference sentences with a newly inputted character string, and when any one part in the reference sentences is coincident with the character string, the part in this reference sentence is read out and added to the document of the processed object. |
