<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method and the device in which disks are manufactured with a low electric power consumption employing a small size facility at a high precision and the productivity is made high. SOLUTION: The disk manufacturing method has a coating process, in which the joint surface of at least one of disk substrates 2 and 3 is coated by adhesive made of an ultraviolet ray curing composition, a pasting process, in which the substrates 2 and 3 are pasted together to produce a single disk pasted body, an axial center aligning process, in which the axial centers of the substrates 2 and 3 are aligned, and an ultraviolet ray irradiating process in which ultraviolet rays are flashingly irradiated on the body. The axial aligning process is conducted while the body is carried from the disk pasting process to the ultraviolet ray irradiating process. Note that the irradiation takes place while the body is mounted on the table provided at the ultraviolet ray irradiating position and the body is stopped.</p> |
