PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve the convenience of a fire wall and further to secure the same security level as conventional one by changing the system of filtering while permitting access from an internet to a LAN. SOLUTION: At the time of access to an inside individual server 102, a certification check server 101 executes a user certification check. Based on the result, a resource managing server 102 receives a resource request corresponding to the resource of the individual server 102 and based on that request and the checked result, the right of access to the relevant resource is calculated and repeated to the individual server 103 together with the resource request. When they are received, the individual server 103 transmits the move code of that resource. By receiving and executing that code, a client machine performs enciphered access through a repetition agent generated in the client machine to the resource of the individual server 103 in the inside network.
