FIELD: method and equipment, which may be used both for individual and group exercising. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing, during operation of apparatus, actual sportive event or event recorded on information carrier, which may be observed on TV set or computer monitor and simultaneously using apparatus for providing physical loading of sportsman, with value of physical loading corresponding to specific sportive situation, which must be coded and compared to information delivered from device, on which sportsman is doing physical exercises. Comparison results are delivered from different exercising points to central computer, which allows winner to be determined or supplies data on contest results. Such method and apparatus allow mass sportive contests to be conducted. EFFECT: increased efficiency of exercising process and provision for precise results. 1 dwg
