PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can cut only metal covering wires in a cord after the outer covering of the cord is removed. SOLUTION: A 2nd member 26 is shifted toward a 1st member 22 in a state that the outer covering 14 of a cord 10 is fitted to the through-hole 21 of the 1st member 22. The metal covering wires 13 of the cold 10 are held in the through-hole 23 of the 2nd member 26 by a friction. By shifting the 2nd member 26, the metal covering wires 13 are compressed into a flat shape. The 2nd member 26 is further shifted until the 1st outside surface 24 of the 2nd member 26 is fitted to the through-hole 21 of the 1st member 22 to cut the metal covering wires 13. |
