PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and securely perform address control by using a simple, small-scale address generation part by reading data out of a data memory part as data used for writing. SOLUTION: Data DAX obtained from output data DRO obtained from a counter part 72 through the bit position conversion of a bit position conversion part 73 are written to a data memory part 74 according to a control signal CC from an operation control part which is supplied through a terminal 84. The data DAX read out of the data memory part 74 are supplied to an address data selection part 75. The address data selection part 75 is controlled with an operation control signal CB supplied through a terminal 85 to take a state wherein the data DAX obtained from the bit position conversion part 73 is extracted directly and led out as address data DAZ to an output terminal 76 and a state wherein the DAX read out of the memory part 74 is taken out and led out as address data DAZ to the terminal 76. |
