PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for a staff exclusively for input of new patient fundamental information in medical institution by making a new patient himself or herself input the patient fundamental information and also oral inspection information in an interactive form. SOLUTION: A device 11 takes in and stores patient fundamental information to an incorporated device 12 in an interactive form. After completion, the device 11 takes and stores oral inspection information in the incorporated device in an interactive form. After oral inspection information is taken in the interactive form, an acceptance slip is outputted from the incorporated device 14. After the completion of output of the acceptance slip, the device 11 transfers input data to a system 15 through a communication line 19. The system 15 transfers data to a device 16 through a communication line 20 after preserving data in a data base of the system, The device 16 receives data to display it on a CRT and confirms input in an interactive form. If an error is found in input contents, the device 16 takes in changed contents, and patient information is stored in a device 13 to complete the confirmation. If any error is not found, confirmation is completed in this state. |
