PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the application ratio of a line exchange type communication line. SOLUTION: A communication terminal equipment 1 is connected to a communication processor 3 through a line connection exchange type communication network 4 and a server device 2 is connected to the processor 3 by a communication network 5 other than the line connection exchange type. When the transmission/reception of a packet to/from the equipment 1 within prescribed time is not expected, i.e., when a transmission completion informing packet is received from the equipment 1 at the time of data transmitting processing, the processor 3 disconnects the line between the equipment 1 and the processor 3. The processor 3 ends communication processing with the server device 2, and when it is necessary to execute communication with the equipment 1 again, reconnects the line between the equipment 1 and the processor 3. |
