PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce unnecessary electromagnetic waves by providing a GND electrode that is electrically connected not only to a shield layer but also to a ground line arranged on the back or side surface of a package. SOLUTION: A GND electrode 102 is electrically connected to a ground line arranged on the back or side surface of a package 103 and to a shield layer 107, arranged on the front surface of the package 103 via a through-hole 108 or the like, so that currents and electromagnetic waves from outside such as static electricity, and further electromagnetic waves within, e.g. a drive circuit for driving a light-emitting device are prevented from being radiated to the outside. Furthermore, heat accompanied by irradiation with light from outside is prevented from connecting on the surface of the package 103 by allowing the heat to be released to the outside via the electrode 102 from the layer 107. As a result, various malfunctions of electronic equipment due to the electromagnetic waves from outside or electromagnetic waves within the internal drive circuit can be prevented. |
