PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction contact exposure method and an exposure device for a screen plate capable of reducing printing plate producing cost and improving precision. SOLUTION: In the case of performing exposure processing in a state where the screen plate 2 is sucked and brought into contact with a glass dry plate 4; the periphery of the dry plate 4 is supported at the level difference part 8 of a glass dry plate holder 5 formed in frame shape and the screen plate 2 is superposed on the surface of the dry plate 4. Then, the dry plate 4 and/or the screen plate 2 are directly vacuum-sucked through suction paths 7a and 7b provided in the holder 5 and brought into contact with the dry plate 4. In such a case, the screen plate 2 and the dry plate 4 are arranged to be opposed perpendicularly and the dry plate 4 is suspended and held so as to move in a slider system, and brought into contact with the screen plate 2, so that a vertical format exposure device 21 is obtained. |
