FIELD: production of furniture, in particular, armchairs for vehicle drivers working for prolonged time in sitting position, and may be used for automatic control system or computer operators. SUBSTANCE: armchair has upholstered seat and back mounted on carcass, and massaging device mounted between upholstery and carcass and provided with soft plasticized fingers attached to slide rails. Carcass has guides on which rails are mounted for reciprocation along seat and back guides. Back fingers have spherical surface; when viewed from side on back upholstery, fingers have surface formed as projection continuously converting into recess so as to follow user's back. Seat fingers are made in the form of transverse projections. EFFECT: increased efficiency in massaging user's body in sitting position and simplified construction. 3 dwg
