摘要 <p>Electrophotographic recording material, e.g. for office copying X-ray photography, electrostatic printing, consists of a conductive carrier, e.g. Al or glass with SnO2 layer, coted with (1) a pref. 0.1-10 mu m thick layer of (a) photoconductive material pref. Se, Se cpds. or Se alloys, contg. (b) 0.1-50% crystallisation inhibitor, pref. As, Sb, P or mixt of As and/or Sb and/or P; followed by (2) a second thicker layer of amorphous photoconductive material free from crystallisation inhibitor, and by a third layer, also 0.1-10 mu m thick, contg. 0.1-50% crystallisation inhibitor, and forming free surface. Use of inhibitor in outer thinner layer only is economical but does not lower protection as inner layer is less exposed to crystallisation nuclei formation.</p>
