<p>The present invention relates to novel haloethyl-2-[ (2,6-dichlorophenyl) amino] phenylacetoxyacetate derivatives expressed in formula (4) and their use as an intermediate to synthesize aceclofenac and more particularly, to haloethyl-2-[(2,6-dichlorophenyl)amino]phenylacetoxyacetate derivatives that have potent non-steroid anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties and can be used as an intermediate to produce aceclofenac, prepared by reacting this novel compound (4) with a catalyst, Zn, and acid hydrolysis that within short reaction time provides high yield and high purity aceclofenac. In said formula (4), R1, R2 and R3 are same or different, respectively, representing hydrogen or halogen atoms, except that all R1, R2 and R3 represent hydrogen atom at the same time.</p> |
