Assembly to control the temperature of a moving paper web

To control the temperature of a moving paper web, the web passes round a roller which has a surface temperature setting, with an air movement in a gap (6) between the web and roller. The roller (1) rotates with a surface speed (Ukw) which differs from the movement speed (Ubahn) of the paper web (2), where the web (2) speed is faster than the surface speed of the rotating roller (1). The roller (1) can be cooled.
