Granulated and/or milled recycled polycarbonate (PC) together with toughener and pigments are fed in a specific ratio into a hopper (2) of an injection molding machine (1), mixed and homogenized and injected into a tool (3). Alternatively the PC granules and additives may be mixed together to form a homogenous melt which is then granulated before feeding into the injection machine and molding. Preferred Features: Thorough mixing of the recycled PC and other ingredients is effected in the hopper (2). Additives may be made up into a granulated master-batch.
