PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring substrate which can assure longer operating life by improving the operation efficiency and performance of an inverter. SOLUTION: In the connecting lines 8 to 10 for each phase, each electrical resistance value between the mutually corresponding transistors Q1 to Q3 and drive signal extracting points 12, 13, 14 is substantially set to a uniform value for each phase, and each electrical resistance value between the mutually corresponding transistors Q4 to Q6 and the drive signal extracting points 12, 13, 14 is also substantially set to a uniform value for each phase. The wiring profile, length, width and thickness of the connecting lines 8 to 10, 12, to 14 are selected, so as to substantially make uniform the electrical resistance value of the connecting lines 15, 16, 17 for each phase. |
