PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and accurately manage an electronized document without any human intervention and misoperation by automatically deciding operation to be carried out on the device by taking a linguistic analysis of the differences between source resources and destination resources. SOLUTION: An internal resource management part 1 regards a file as an object to be processed and traces alterations of the object file. An external resource management part 2 manages how the file is processed through a network. When an electronized file is altered, copied, or moved, the file positions, file names, and operation contents before and after the file operation are generated as different files, i.e., electronized document relation description documents, which are saved in a storage device and then referred to, thereby easily grasping various operation contents and relation of the file. The electronized document relation description document may be added to the file before or after the operation. |
