The clutch has a lug (21) formed radially inwards on a plate spring (2). The lug engages a groove (14) in the boss (1) and hub disk (3), possibly using several grooves for this purpose. The hub and its disk are toothed to one another allowing clearance between, or may be welded to one another. Additional components include a cover plate (4), a damper (5), a friction disk (8), a pad (9) and a friction ring (12). Damping is achieved by a number of circumferentially spaced springs (6).
