The guide has a clamping element(15) by means of which the roller(11) is supported on one side in relation to its corresponding running surface(20), and on the other side supported indirectly in relation to a second running surface(19). The clamping element on one side slides in a circumferential slot in the roller in its core diameter, and has two axially symmetrically located clamping rollers(16) which by spring force of the clamping element are held between the circumference of the running roller and second running surface and hold the running roller against the first running surface.
