This invention is a system and subsystem for neutralizing buried mines and includes novel munitions and munition launchers. There is a combination of at least one mine detector, a launcher, and complementary top-attack munition that allows the munition to be dispersed over target mines. On detonation, the munition has sufficient explosive power to penetrate overburden and destroy or otherwise neutralize the target mines. |
