The invention concerns a device comprising a base (2) with a flange (8), an opening (10) enclosed with a threaded neck (12). The screw cap (6) co-operates with the threaded neck (12) to close the package after it has been open once and has a bottom (38) and a skirt (40) provided with a thread (48). The device further comprises a part (4) mobile in translation with teeth (22) at its end located on the opening (10) side and guided into the threaded neck (12). The screw cap (6) is provided with cam-type means (44) co-operating with matching means arranged on the mobile part (4) to enable, when it is unscrewed, to thrust axially the mobile piece (4) inside the package. The mobile part (4) is moulded in one single piece with the base (2), with breakable hasps connecting the two parts.
