PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noise and a defective engagement action from occurring by positioning and regulating the coupling member of a rotation driving transmission mechanism at a prescribed position. SOLUTION: This device is provided with the rotation driving transmission mechanism having the Oldham-like coupling for absorbing decentering and declination occurring between a joint shaft 36a being the driving output part and a supply roller 31 being the driving input part. Then, the coupling 37 and the coupling projection part 37a of the Oldham-like coupling are pressed so as to abut on each other and regulated so as to be positioned by using a spring 41 and a lock pin 110. |
