<p>An apparatus for constructing an immobilized DNA library; a gene amplification apparatus; an apparatus for analyzing a gene amplification product; a gene diagnosis apparatus; and a system whereby these apparatuses are functionally connected to each other. The apparatus for constructing an immobilized DNA library consists of a reactor (9), a heating/cooling unit (13) for controlling the temperature of the reactor, a temperature controller (62) for controlling the heating/cooling unit, and a sample feeder unit (20) for feeding a sample solution into the reactor. The gene amplification apparatus consists of a reactor (9), a heating/cooling unit (13) for the reactor, a temperature controller (62) for controlling the heating/cooling unit, and a sample feeder unit (20) for feeding a sample solution into the reactor (9). In the apparatus for analyzing a gene amplification product, an amplified gene product which is continuously supplied thereinto from the gene amplification apparatus is electrophoresed. The gene diagnosis apparatus consists of the gene amplification apparatus, the apparatus for analyzing the gene amplification product and a computer-controlling unit.</p> |
