Several forward biased diodes (D1-Dn-1) are connected in series with a transistor (Tr1) in current mirror circuit (CM1). The current mirror circuit also includes a transistor (Tr2) which is connected to an output. A comparator compares the output current from output with predetermined current value and outputs comparison result. The comparator includes a transistor (Tr3) connected to high electric potential (Vcc) and the transistor (Tr4) connected in series with the output.
