DEMODULATION METHOD

The invention is directed to a demodulation method for tamed frequency modulated (TFM) signals. The invention realizes a method for demodulating TFM signals under DC offset. The method is able to detect transmitted symbols despite DC offset or other types of low frequency noise in the baseband signal. In the inventive demodulation method, signal sample vectors are formed of a received signal, difference vectors are calculated on the basis of said signal sample vectors, and received data symbols are detected on basis of the lengths of said difference vectors.
