摘要 Novel seasoning liquors with the flavor of vegetables pickled in salted rice bran paste and clear seasoning liquors with the flavor of vegetables pickled in salted rice bran paste; a process for producing the same; a novel microorganism belonging to the genus Corynebacterium which is usable in the production of these seasoning liquors; a process for producing a lactone-containing solution wherein lactone is selectively extracted from a culture medium of a lactone-producing microorganism, etc. A novel bacterium belonging to the genus Corynebacterium which is useful in producing the above seasoning liquors and capable of producing gamma -dodecalactone and/or gamma -dodecelactone.
