<p>The invention relates to a device for focusing a plurality of laser beams (6 to 9) to form a single laser beam (11) of greater power. The device consists of a stationary deflecting-mirror unit (4, 5) and, connected downstream thereof in the beam direction, of a rotating deflecting-mirror system (2) which comprises focusing and defocusing mirrors (13, 15) and deflecting mirrors (14, 16) which focus the individual beams to form an output laser beam (11).
