<p>A pair of disposable underpants (1) are more tightly fitted to the wearer's crotch by arranging an elastic fitting member (55) and enhanced in the shape retaining ability of an absorbent by providing an intermediate layer of first nonwoven cloth (73) within the absorbent (7) and bonding it to the upper and lower layers of the absorbent, making it possible to dispense with heat treatment of the absorbent and to supply inexpensive dispensable underpants. A manufacturing method, wherein the step of attaching an external sheet (2) with the elastic member and the step of manufacturing an internal absorbing member (6) are separated from each other, with the absorbent manufacturing step involving no heat treatment, can significantly increase the manufacturing speed.</p> |
