Differential gearing for motor vehicle drives

The differential gearing is set with the intermediate transmission in a common housing, and has a differential cage and an intermediate shaft (4), each having two splines (51,52 ; 41,42) with the same translation but inclined in opposite directions. The oppositely inclined splines engaging with the intermediate shaft are arranged either side of the differential cage.
