The device has a central circuit (22) with no consumption and fed from the cooling and/or heating circuit (34;10) whilst the consumption circuit (40,42) can be powered from the central circuit and has a control member (56) which is designed to control the volume current to the heat carrier medium drawn from the central circuit. The control member of the consumption circuit can be a distributor or mixer valve designed to mix the volume current from the central circuit in any ratio with a return volume current which branches off from a return (54) into the central circuit.
