The arrangement has an adjustable, clampable handle for large and small people. The handle can slide via a carriage (2a) on a fixed or flexible base body that is attached to the wall and be automatically fixed wrt. the pulling direction step by step, with or without latching. The handle (2) can be moved towards a rail (1) by electric motor continuously or stepwise using sensors of e.g. thumb pressure.
