<p>The cutter consists of a pyrotechnic expansion tube (16) located in a space between two nonmetallic components (10, 18), e.g. two skins of a sandwich structure, one of which is shaped to form a spacer (20). A support (40) of an indeformable or deformable material is fitted to one of the two components so that its edge (42) extends along the cutting line adjacent to the expansion tube (16).</p> |
