PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition which shows less generation of burr and excellent flowability and moldability by making the composition contain a plyarylenesulfide and an inorganic filler and have a burr amount of not more than a specific value and a spiral flow length of not less than a specific value. SOLUTION: A resin composition of the present invention contains 20-90 wt.% of a polyarylenesulfide, 80-10 wt.% of an inorganic filler such as a glass fiber and the like further a coupling agent such as an aminosilane-based coupling agent and the like and shows a burr length of not more than 120 μm, a weld strength of not less than 50 Mpa and a 1 mm-thick spiral flow length of not less than 100 mm. The polyarylenesulfide contains a repeated unit represented by formula of not less than 70 mol.% and satisfies the following relations: melt viscosity of 20-1,500 Pa.s, an index of branch N (N>=0.3×log10 (ηm )+0.5, N>=10), bending strength F (Pa.s) (F>=57×log10 (ηm )-60, F>=40 wherein ηm is a melt viscosity: Pa.s, R' is an 1-5 C alkyl, alkoxy, phenyl group or the like and m is 0-4. |
